3. You CANNOT log in to the account while a service is being performed, in this case you could log into the account we have discussed about it. If you log in without permission, I have the choice to continue or end the service without giving a refund.
4. We will not refund you if you change your mind in the middle of the service, partial refunds will only be given if we make a mistake.
5. You will make sure to change your runescape password once the service is finished.
6. If we cannot finish the order, we will refund what is left from the order.
7. The timeframe provided for the order is just an estimated, there is no deadline.
