He then goes inactive and starts posting again yesterday, after his other profile wrx_beast is banned http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1826110-wrx_beast-dscimpur3.html, only to open up a skilling/training service of his own:

Also, he posts about selling an account with 70 range, 34 hp, 45 combat:

There are just too many coincidences here for them to not be the same person.

 

Location matches, same ISP, clearly same person.
