Why you think they are ban evading:
1. The IP look up tool shows them having the same IP.

2. kitkatbat added me on Skype to do a trade with him, he pulled a chargeback on me.

I did have a PM with him confirming that's his skype, although I deleted the message as smart as I am. Do with it whatever you want. I'm just trying to keep Sythe clean.

Just google "forbiddendread skype" and you'll find countless of posts of icantfindanontakenname saying that's his skype. Both Powerbot and Sythe.
