Express4 Banned for being a worker/moderators thinking he was ban evading but was n

It has come to my attention that i have been banned due to this thread

Before making my case, I will 100% with no issues, refund any user who had problems. I will just need their paypal email, or i can refund them In RSGP that will be no problem at all.


Now for my argument, on the sales thread, I am listed as a sales associate that can handle trades for proxies when needed.

To begin, the title states it is a moderator owned business ( I am not the moderator as you can see therefore I am not the owner)

Next, multiple times in the thread it states that I am a sales associate that can handle GP sales for customers.

It says that I have been given authorization to sell proxies for him. If I was the owner of the business I would not need "authorization"

As a result, based on the statements and text in the thread, I was more of a customer service worker than an owner, making the owner my boss. I do not believe it is fair for a worker to be banned for his owners actions. Further, I had not even known this thread existed until one day I was banned.

Nonetheless, I can with no problems refund anyone who had issues. But I really think it would be fair for me to be unbanned. Before this I was an active member of the forums and was enjoying my time here. Out of nowhere this happened and I want to get back to being part of the community. I hope a moderator can read this and see that I was just a sales associate and should not be held responsible for the owners actions. However, if I am held responsible, I can do whatever is needed to sort out the situation.

In addition, I believe I was banned for ban evading. This is also incorrect, I believe that the moderator who issued the ban thought my account "express4" was made by the same owner of "theshowerscene" This is incorrect. You guys can check the creation dates of the accounts. My account was created long before this dispute was ever opened as well as when the ban on the thread took place. You can see that by the activity and feedback I have on express4. It is pretty clear that express4 and theshowerscene are two different people. If that is not enough, please check the IP's.

Express4 (me) is from southern california
Theshowerscene (owner of the thread) is from New York

I am confident that the moderator thought that since my skype was posted in the Sales thread for the proxies (posted by theshowerscene) that we were the same person. We clearly are not, and if you read the thread, it is evident that we are not. It is stated that users can "add my sales associates skype. He has my permission..."

By reading over the thread, you will see that the two account are completely different people. Also, let me clarify one last thing.

Express4 is my account on sythe. I am TiempoSales on tribot. I think this may have made some confusion because the names were not the same across all forums. I would be happy to work with someone to change this as well so that people are not confused.

I can have moderators and admins from tribot confirm that the skype posted in the thread (erik.michael111) is express4/tiemposales skype and not theshowerscenes skype for anyone who needs as well. This would again, clearly show that we are two different people.
