Imitating clearly breaking my renting rules

I rented my account to Imitating for 1 hour, He paid 4m (1.5m p/h + deposite). I hopped on my other account to check him out and found him breaking two of my rules, spamming "You are my bitch." for at least 20mins while staking. This could easily get my account muted which would prevent me from renting it during the mute, it also ruins my accounts reputation at the duel arena which is important to me because I don't want stakers to put me on ignore. By renting my account he agreed to my fair rules.

The rules on my thread:
- No breaking in-game rules <-- Broke
- No live streaming on the account
- No x-logging
- If the account gets banned during the rent I will not refund any gold (extremely unlikely)
- No "commission staking" on the account including 0%
- No involvement with commission staking
- No trash-talking/attempting to scam other players <-- Broke
If you break any of the above rules I will kick you off of the account and keep whatever is on the account. By renting my account you are agreeing to my terms and conditions.

He had 19m on the account which I will be keeping. Most trusted renters have similar rules to protect their accounts.

I am making this post in case he attempts to get me banned on sythe or spams my thread.

If any mods disagree please message me and I will return the 19m asap

Also you will have to return the 19M to him, counterscamming isn't permitted no matter what your ToS says.

 

Okay I understand, I will return it as soon as I can and pm you a screenshot. The reason I made the ToS like that is because all of the other big renters have similar ones, I think maybe a mod should message them and explain that its not allowed. Also pm'd you proof it's my account.

 

Alright, make sure you return it, banned him for his deliberate carelessness.
