Dealing was banned for being a vader here and couldn't find results for the email so i'm guessing it was based off the IP match above:

Plus RSCM and Dealing weren't registered that far apart, although Dealing's last post slightly overlaps RSCM's creation. The likelihood that he would only match 1 person after being around since 2011 who was coincidentally banned for evasion of the only other person on his IP audit is extremely low.
