Am I able to chin?

I know its possible to chin @ Apetoll skeletons but is there any REQUIREMENTS
such as any quests to access it? Im looking to train my pure there with 45 range 43 prayer atm.

 

Have to atleast start Monkey Madness until the part where you access the tunnel. (Well, completing MM till greegree will make it much easier)

You can use grey chins at 45 range so yeah, imo it's a waste though. Iron knives at crabs till around 60 is fine.

 

Darn I was trying to avoid Monkey Madness as I hate questing.
