Report/post/reason that got you banned: Upuser

I am really not positive who to repay. The person who had their items taken by me was repaid by the owner of the service. That owner of the service was later banned from powerbot for scamming. I contacted the co-owner and future owner, now ex-owner of the service on skype. (As seen on the pics) The amount I took was 40m rs3gp. I don't expect to be pardoned until after I have repaid (If pardoned at all) I just want to make sure that I repay the correct person.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Nothing

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I made a stupid choice of taking the items of an account that I was supposed to be doing questing on. I accepted my ban from powerbot and moved onto this website where I actually took the black market seriously. I never got involved in anything shady and became a fairly active member of the rsps section buying/selling goods. I made a decent amount of trades on here and wanted to keep building my reputation, and I hoped I could keep my past behind me. I hope to be able to return to Sythe where I can work on rebuilding my reputation after repaying the victim of my scam.

Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes

So this was my original thread posted in December of 2014. http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1789078-upuser-requesting-pardon-offsite-scam.html

I copy pasted the original thread here just so someone sees the proper format and doesn't auto delete. I have waited for two months for this person to contact me on skype with no luck. I have searched through their posts on Powerbot to find out his/her skype username with no luck. If there is anyway I can repay someone on sythe who was scammed 40m rsgp I will glady do it, because I wasn't even repaying the person who was scammed by me in the first place. I look forward to being able to become a productive member of the Sythe community after I have repaid my debts.

Technically you should pay the person that the owner of the service scammed

I realize that technically I should repay the person who was scammed by the owner of the service but it appears that the person no longer uses Powerbot as they have not logged in for over two months.

Since this may not be able to become resolved via me paying Rias_Gremory, I think an option such as repaying a member of this community would be the next best option for a few reasons.

    1. The person who was scammed by me was scammed was repaid by the owner of the service. (Only victim related to me made whole)
    2. Owner of that service went on to scam numerous people after I was gone from his service and Powerbot.
    3. Me repaying someone on this site who was scammed by someone else is the same as repaying Rias_Gremory who was scammed by the owner of that questing service. My relation to both of them is nothing, but a victim is repaid in either situation. If Rias_Gremory is no longer part of the Powerbot community and isn't able to be contacted to be repaid, I'm sure there are plenty of legitimate members here who have been scammed and would be grateful to be repaid what they lost.

I am willing to find someone who was scammed, and their scammer was banned from Sythe, and then posting here before I repay. I will also repay someone if you find a specific person whom I should repay.

I feel that this is the next best solution to this problem, but I understand if you feel it's dumb.

You have to show some attempt of trying to get in contact with the rightful victim.
