Is AutoHotKey Illegal in RS?

I've made a script in AutoHotKey to almost automate the withdrawal and processing of wine materials. Each hotkey moves the mouse once and clicks the mouse once - two actions with one keypress. I am the one controlling each keypress, not a program.

Does this break Jagex's macroing rule? If yes, would it still be considered macroing if one hotkey moved the mouse and one clicked the mouse?

This method is extremely convenient and I recommend it to anyone who likes to skill but finds it difficult to click efficiently.

P.S. Not sure if this belongs in RS3 cheating or 07 general or elsewhere

 

I'm not sure if it breaks the rules but even if it does im pretty sure its really minor and it will be hard to detect.

 

I think it is bannable, I used it for fast thieving i.e fast right click and pickpocket.. I received a ban for it, however.. Using it to withdraw materials or item switches or prayers, I can't really see how it would be consistent enough to be detected.

Also, when scripting with AHK I think you can add a bit of randomness to the x, y co-ordiantes, which would absolutely rule out any patterns, then it would be just using a safe mouse speed to suit and I doubt it would be possible to detect when using it in the short-game for the methods I suggested using it for.

EDIT: It can also help to use a mouse trail when you're testing it. As it'll show you if you're making perfect straight lines etc, you could add some linear interpolation into the mix to get some curves.

example: i have an ahk script to help me drop items fast. 1 right clicks, 1 drops down, 1 left clicks.

 

Yes, unless you simulate mousekeys with it which would not be differentiated from standard mousekeys use.

 

The rule for input to actions: one input for every one action. So if your script does 2 actions for every one input, then yes, it is against their rules.

EDIT: this is why mousekeys are acceptable.
