    Question about VB 2005

I'm thinking of actually converting to vb 2005 and leaving vb6, but i was just wondering how big is 2005 and .ziped or .rared.

    EDIT:
Note: i'd like to know the size of the full version not the express version, thanks.

uh.. good luck finding a zipped version, lol. You will have to find an image file for it, and it's 1.5-4GB depending on the version you pick. Mine is 3.5GB and it's the team suite. Professional is 1.9GB i think and it contains all the languages + MSDN.

    yep is about 3gb

but VB6? yeak, man get into .net as soon as you can you will soon see the what you have been missing

take it from someone that has been coding for the last 20 years, .net os by far the best thing yet

    Question about VB 2005

and vb.net without anything extra would be around 1GB + the compatibility would be crap. Oh, and the equivalent of Enterprise is Team Suite.

    Question about VB 2005

Well, couldn't you always start downloading it then just leave the computer on for a day or two without touching it?

I'd recommend upgrading to DSL or above.
