Let's get something straight here. There was a slight error on the website when RS07Geo attempted to complete the offers. This has now been fixed.

I have also provided the login details for a lvl-3 account with MORE THAN 1m in it (compensation for the error) and sent it to RS07Geo.

Delivering it is hard, because not everyone has a members account, so the 25k trade limit will be imposed. By providing an account to everyone, it allows them to transfer the money however they please.
