You're not alone.

 

Growing up and dealing with your problems instead of crying and cutting yourself is a way of releasing pain too, infact it's the smart way to do it. If you do cut and really cut yourself, not just light cuts then one day you are going to do yourself some serious injury and hopefully that will wake you up to what you are doing to yourself.

 

I think cutting yourself for stress or pain is COMPLETELY Sick and WRONG. I mean, For example.

Your parents are in a fight, So you cut yourself. Your depressed because of they're lives, when you should be concerned about your own life. Its not your fault, So you shouldn't suffer. ( I took this example because I know several kids that cause pain to themselves because of family members fighting. )

Its sick, Its wrong. Why cause pain to yourself?

cutting yourself is a waste of time i think people who do it should just cut it and kill their selfs i mean its either they r too stupid to figure out how to kill themselves or they just want plain attention.

I had no idea so many people cut themselves. In my opinion, if you cut your selves go get some help of of your docter or some-one..it's pointless.

 

I guess shinoda basically summed it up. In the sense that cutting or self incision is a way to relieve a pain of a greater amount then that of the pain of the actual cut. But drugs can also alleviate stress, just as how raping an innocent girl can alleviate your fantasy. No matter what aspect u look at it, there's ways of dealing with certain issues whether the general public sees it as right or wrong. in my opinion i think that it's cowardly and has to do with mental instability, and low self confidence. confidence in the sense that you know you can handle certain problems in your life and deal with the shit that's been dealt to you.

 

It's completely fucking retarded, two of my ex girlfriends were cutters until I met them, there's no point and anyone who cuts themselves are too much of a coward to stand up to their problems and deal with them, not cutting themselves to get their mind of of things, for fuck sakes, drawing or taking up a hobby would do the same, the pain distracts them from their problems, therefore they think it's "helping them". And I also knew a girl who almost killed herself cutting, which was and still is a very close friend of mine, and I went ape shit when I had to go pick her up and take her to the hospital because she cut too deep.

No, your too much of a coward to stand up to your problems, I had a step dad who tried coming at me once, did I go cut myself? No, I throttled him, then he tried it again when I wasn't paying attention and basically blind sided me, chipping two of my teeth, I went in the garage, got a baseball bat and went Babe Ruth on his head a few times. If I we're you, and what I seriously recommend you do rather than being a pussy and hiding from your problems, either go to your local law inforcement about it and get put into foster care, or throttle your dad to let him know if he does it again it'll be even worse, and make sure your mom's there to watch so she'll see what'll happen if she tries hitting you again, Honestly, If i lived around you I'd do it for you, I hate parents who hit their kids or Guys who hit their significant others, Last time I got into a fight was at a Kegger and I saw a guy hit his girlfriend, he ended up on ICU for 3 days and never hit her again. STAND UP FOR YOUR SELF FFS AND STOP BEING A PUSSY

 

Cutting yourself solves nothing. It is just a way to get attention. People who do this tend to be introverted loners that need a way to get themselves noticed. They need serious help.

 

I'm sure a big chunk of cutters are that of which u just mentioned. but there are ppl out there who do it to alleviate a pain which they feel is inescapable
