Rares in RS2007

Hi all,

So I finally decided to make another account when I heard they brought back 2007, after I stopped playing along time ago. I was curious about the whole situation about rares. I tried looking online, but couldn't find any information. I was hoping you all could let me know what the deal is behind all the discontinued items? I noticed all of them are near dirt cheap. Are they continuously reintroducing them into 2007, or did they introduce just too many, and the prices haven't gone up yet? I'd appreciate someone who could fill me in . Thanks!

 

They get re-introduced every holiday event basically, they're not rare and never will be.
