    Are RP Raffles Allowed?
    Are RP raffles allowed in this subsection?

    To specify, I have an ongoing bet with a few friends over who can get the most Twitch followers, so I figured I would offer skins in exchange for followers.

    I figured once I hit a certain number of followers from Sythe I would give away a skin of your choice (legendaries included, but not ultimates, I'm not that rich :p).

    Is this allowed? And if so, would anyone even be remotely interested?

    Yeah, I wasn't sure whether to put it into that subsection or this one, I just figured it would get more attention in this sub because the Twitch channel is just going to be 100% LoL streaming, and it would be easier to host a giveaway specifically to LoL.

    On average, how many participate in these giveaways?

    Just curious on some numbers so I know what type of benchmark/goal to use.
