Questions about account recovery.

So, i sold my account to http://www.sythe.org/members/411614-kushl9ve.html
but he got banned for scamming (which i find weird, since he was $100 donator and had done bigger trades).

But the thing is that he swapped the account (for rs3 max main), that i sold to him, with http://www.sythe.org/members/279336-spyder69.html

But now few days after kushl9ve got banned, the account got locked.

Can i just unlock it and sell it again? (sell it for spyder69) , because he doesn't need the account anymore.

SO kushl9ve bought my acc, he then traded it for a max main on rs3 with spyder69, and now kushl9ve got banned (and not replying on skype).
and spyder69 is asking me to recover the account and sell it for him.

What should i do lol.

 

To clarify what's going on.

The account yesterday around mid-afternoon got locked. I'm not sure if it's because Kush was trying to recover it, or because i'm in the US and the account creation location is in Europe, no real way to confirm which it is.
Regardless, because of my location I don't want to have to deal with potential future issues involving recovering this account if the occasion does arise and Chechen isn't there to recover it. And to be quite honest, nostalgia wasn't enough for me to get back into this abysmally slow game anyways, and i'm going back to RS3 on my own personal account.

In the end, Chechen is still the sole original owner, his recovery power is absolute and I don't personally feel like much conflict will arise and feel comfortable having Chechen sell it rather than myself, as he's the original account creator.

kush sold spyder his rs3 main (which he traded for my 07 main), to someone else, but that guy is banned atm...

 

It's possible that the account was locked under suspicion of it being sold, and the timing is just a coincidence. There is also the possibility that he forced a lock by making Jagex look at the multiple locations registered on the account. Chechen, if you recover the account, you should keep it to yourself. You would be endangering others by selling that account. This of course is my opinion.

What's your opinion on the account just lying dormant for a while.

As far as I know (nothing to my knowledge had been brought up at least) the RS3 account I traded hasn't been locked, if it had I think the current owner would have contacted me, seeing as Kush is banned. The RS3 account currently has had 4 owners. Kero, me, Kush and whoever Kush then sold it to.

Then again, it's my impression that this is something regional and the reason why so many red flags would go up, and also the fact the account has a previous botting offense. Would it be fair to let buyers know there's a higher chance of it being locked for players of different continental regions? I still plan on selling this in the future, imo it being an EU account is conflicting and essentially only an EU player would get away scot-free. Just food for thought.

 

I know I'm not a member of staff or anything like that, just thought I'd give some feedback on my own personal opinion. When I went overseas to visit some family over in the UK, my account got locked about 2-3 days after the fact. After hours of useless support through Jagex, I found out it was because of the sudden region jump... So I guess maybe that could be a red flag in their eyes. if he is now the owner and the account is locked i cant see it being a problem with you helping him recover it.
