How is Jagex tracking me

Ok i didnt actually do any cheating i just committed alot of language offenses that got me perm muted only it affects any account i log into and any new accounts i create instantly the strange part is this only seems to affect my computer if i use someone elses i can use an account that hasnt been muted or create new ones no problem without getting the perm mute and i even tried using my computer at a friends house who obviously has a different ip address i also spoofed my mac address and deleted every file and folder on my machine related to jagex and runescape can anyone tell me how im still not able to play on my own computer without getting muted.

 

Jagex probably permanently muted all your accounts because the mods were sick of reading your run-on sentences...

its not "your computer" but rather your "IP-address". It might be flagged for offensive language thus creating more chances for you to be muted I presume

 

but anyone else sharing the same internet in my household can log in without getting muted it only happens when i use my computer specifically.

 

Most likely it's HDD that's how they track you down every single time.
(HDD) is hard disk, hard drive or fixed disk

 

is there anything i can do about it?

 

New hard drive might do the trick. Not sure though, never really heard of something like this happening before..

Not sure if your english is terrible or you're not explaining properly, @OP they may still have a file on your HDD (which is what I think this person means) that they are using however I doubt it but it's a possibility, an IP address is another, another is HWID. If you're rs3 they assign you a token (id) the first time you load up the game, I'm guessing it's similar to a HWID and that could be another way they're tracking you.

However I doubt they're tracking you at all.

 

There's multiple different types of mutes. 1 An account mute [Self explanatory], IP Mute [All accounts used/created on your IP Address will be Muted] ,and 3 UID Mute [Your HDD/Mac address].

Number 2 & 3 could have been caused by running spam bots/advertisers all on the same computer & IP address. I'd recommend changing your IP address and either purchasing a new computer, or backing up important files and formatting your hard drive.

 

use a different ip+mac and perhaps delete all cache.
