What to do if?

So I've sold some one an account for 210M, and less then a week later the individual who bought the account says this:

''Hey I bought an account from someone else and i don't need yours anymore''

Basically asking for a refund for the account that I've sold to him.

-Provided full details to the account
-Linked his email and everything
-Confirmed everything with my phone
-Gave him the original email that was linked to the account etc.

I sold the gold for merch price rates, and i have to buy it back in order to refund him. (i don't have the money)

What should i expect?
Do i have to refund him?

What if he recovers the account back and levels up defence or bots on it?
What if i won't ever get the account back?

Do i have to refund him cause he bought a new account and doesn't need my one?

You don't have to refund him -- in fact, I would advise against it as well since he knows the recovery info which could lead to problems when reselling.

He may have also sold the account to someone and is trying to scam. It could turn into a sticky situation so I'd advise against it

 

No you don't have to refund, He bought the account. So it's his now and the money is yours.

You don't need to refund him and I would highly advise you NOT to refund him under any circumstances. He has had acces to your account and knows all details.

 

At no point would I ever accept "I don't need it anymore" as a valid reason to give someone a refund for an account purchase. He could be trying to scam you, or he could be completely honest. Either way it's on him as he made the purchase and supplied a pretty poor reason for a refund. My advice? Keep your gold.
