    Story : About two months ago I bought a lvl 30 smurf account from a seller on PA. Unfortunately it was permbanned days after due to being botted. To my suprise I found on their website that this was against their TOS. I pretty much knew that there was no way I would ever be getting a refund or a replacement, but decided to try anyway. Pissing off their livechat turned out to be a fun pasttime whenever I was bored to death.
    Down below I have copy pasted the last two chats. I turned on the heat during my last session and to my suprise the live support ragequit during my masterpiece. These chatlogs confirm everything that you should know when dealing with PA including :

    - Lying to customers
    - "Support & ticket system" actually doing nothing for you
    - Supporting scammers


    I have taken my time to edit out my name. Anything else is unchanged and I will gladly provide screenshots to any non believer out there.

    PA is not the best place to buy accounts from,
    Its better to buy from trusted, well known people here on Sythe

    There is no way they can accurately prove that the account was recovered, botted prior or subsequently, and who is the current holder. The system is flawed and they know it. They won't take it down because it cuts their profits. Their "reassurance" policy regarding account trading is crap.

    they can't accurately prove it, however it should be their fault anyways. but it's hard to say wether you botted or not, however like ghast said the system is flawed and they know it

    Nowhere is good for buying accounts, with the amount of resells and people who suddenly decide they want to come back. But yeah, I found out the hardway PA's insurance was fucking stupid when I sold some boosted 2200 accounts (made some WoD accounts, botted them from 90 to 100, geared them, carried them to 2200 then tried selling).

    3 Buyers claimed I'd pulled them back (despite having no use for them, I already owned 4 pilots) and in the space of 6 hours I went minus $450. What added insult to injury is obviously I was 450 bucks down (as I'd already spent most of it shopping) and I didn't even have the accounts :(
