Post Your Smoking Rigs

Pretty keen to see what setups other people have; always looking for ideas. I've only got some essentials at the moment, but the collection is expanding:

One of my very many dab rings and bongs, I put maybe 350 into this rig.



12in double showerhead perk, with a diamond glass honeycomb attachment, and reclaimer, with a domeless TI nail.

 

Not really rigs but decided to share anyways. This is the legal paraphernalia that is in my house, not included 4 more hookahs, a 2' biohazard bong and numerous pretty sick pipes.


Hookah smoking is pretty cultural so we've got a shit ton of it here.

 

I wish I could smoke hookah more often. I have a KM just sitting in storage. I can't smoke it in the dorm room. I'd get looked at weird and probably told to stop if I smoked it in the smoking area with benches. There aren't any local hookah lounges, and the one shop with tables out front is super close to my parents house and visible from the street. Ive literally pulled to an abandoned but nice area and smoked it in my car before with the windows open and a little music. But that's too much hassle to do often.

Plus since I started vaping I haven't had much craving. I mostly just miss the relaxing aspect of it, the sounds of the water.

Well, personally I like getting high, but that's besides the point. You sound like a tight-ass.

We're all dying. Right now. Living is the slowest way of dying. We all choose our own poisons however; it could be McDonalds, alcohol, nicotine, THC / cannabinoids, or just clean shisha smoke. I do it because I find enjoyment and relaxation in doing so, which is one up on not doing it and wanting to neck myself for various reasons.

I'll post a picture in 1-2 days when I finally cleaned my bong (only got one because I'm always buying a new one after dropping/breaking my old one). Destroyed like 5-6 glasses so far...RIP in peace

 

Because its enjoyable and relaxing, personally I'm not ultra concerned at the increased chance of negative health 40 years from now. Plus I'm not a heavy user, so I think the things I enjoy out of it outweigh the potential health risks.

 

Damn that sucks. Being an Arab, hookah smoking is cultural so my parents are totally fine with it. Fine is an understatement, there's basically always a hookah ready to go in the house whether it may be my mom, dad, or grandma who have it set up. They also don't mind when I mix the tobacco with a little something extra either which is cool.

If you have absolutely no where to go the only place I could suggest is probably a bar. You might get a few looks but it would probably be out of curiosity and a few questions thrown around. Also best possible place to do it for relaxation is the beach, so if you live near a beach or any body of water that is good. Any nature places like the forest or even a park are good spots. Most people are getting to know what hookahs are nowadays and cops don't even take another glance. Just try not to smoke weed out of it in public

Very seldom smoke hookah and as for cigarettes I chain smoke them when smashed tbh. Saying so, I don't really have a rig, but I'm moving out in August and until then I have to be quite stealthy (weed.)

Anyway, I recently purchased an Arizer Air (basically the new Solo.) It's a small portable vape with great vape quality.
I had never vaped before, but after it I like it much more than smoking. It's healthier, you use less + very faint smell smell (great for me due to stealth, I don't actually mind the smell at all.)

I was between the Air and the Pax about a month ago and ended up going with the Pax with their price drop. I don't regret it, but I know Airizer definitely has better vapor quality. I've ordered a Grasshopper that also is very promising but it's still in production, hopefully I'll have it sometime this summer.

 

Nice, I've been looking at getting a vape but the problem is they're a lot more expensive than my budget can handle at the moment. I imagine it'd be pretty similar to hookah smoke though.

Edit: must be something about being drunk and chain smoking; normally a couple of cigarettes makes me feel sick but I just power through them when I'm drunk.

It's a lot up front, but totally worth it in the end. You stretch you bud out, it's much more efficient, not to mention it's much tastier and a lot easier on the lungs. Also, you can make edibles or use your ABV in joints as filler so you're really using all of your materials to the fullest. It's a different type of high though, much more of a headhigh instead of a couchlock high, but it also depends on what you're smoking.

Ah, yeah the Pax had a price drop since the Pax 2 is coming out in like 2 weeks (maybe not 2 weeks, but its soon.) I looked at the Pax, I was worried about the negative reviews regarding how strong it smelled + the frequent cleaning. Everywhere I read people were complaining about how temperamental it was, but loads of people love it. It's certainly a nice Vape.

Ah cool, I just looked up the Grasshopper and now I remember reading on it. It looks awesome and I'll probably get one seeing how reviews go. Something I would use if I went on like a hike.

Ah I feel you, honestly you can find really good deals on them. I'm not sure what your budget is, but I paid $130 for my Arizer Air. I got it off eBay from an authorized seller and it was nearly half their retail price. Also, you'll use less herb which can save $ in the long run. Outside of cash, it's healthier and stealthier (two big reasons for why I bought it.)


Oh same here. More than like 2 and I start getting a headache from the nicotine, but when I'm drunk I'm guessing I can't feel it or whatever. Pretty sure it's what got me sick last time I got smashed though. Like I had definitely drank to much, but I was fine until I smoked God knows how many cigarettes.

Sounds like you're 13 and still running off the fumes of what your parents have told you. I suggest you read a little into whatever it is you think you know.

A recent study published by the International Journal of Cancer finds habitual pot smokers are at no greater risk of being inflicted with lung cancer than part-time stoners or even people who don’t smoke at all. Outside of that, you do not have to smoke to ingest thc. You can always Vape. It is similar to smoke except it's vapor (there is no combustion taking place.) This is healthier/safer/all that jazz. Outside of smoking/vaping, there's always edibles.
