So I am looking for a similar account.

Want it to be 2000+ total, have 250+ Quest points and to have access to the elf city... A kiln cape, decent combat and dung

I'd be willing to take RS3 gold for this account or if you can transfer it into OSRS even better. It does not have 250+ QP but it does have all the elf quests finished.

I don't think my account is as good as your old one, but I thought I'd give it a try. $30 or 10m OSRS - Price isn't set in stone though I think it's reasonable. I do prefer OSRS cash if possible.
