what are the stat's
can you provide pictures of everything on the account?
what quest's have you done?
can you prove that you have done the elf city requirment's?
does the account have curses?
is all the magic skills unlocked, if not what needs's to be done?

*** i will not pay you 30M os7 gold for an account that is maxed, don't ask me, if that is a problem for you then i'm not your buyer, no account is worth that much with today's gaming community. i will however only pay that much if you can provide something that is of interest, all dung items, or superior void, ports, elite task series done, my budget does not matter, i will make you an offer or you can tell me an offer and we can go from there.

99 summoning (or at least 96)
99 prayer
99 all combat (excluding summoning of it is 96)
charming imp
chaotic weapons
100 or above in dung
elf city quest's completed.
fate of the god's completed.
and 95 slayer and up,
99 herb

I know my account does not meet requirements, but perhaps my account can be a cheap solution to what you are looking for if you can't find anything. I am only asking for 12 Million OSRS GP at the moment.

Stats? 113 Combat, 83 Attack, 91 Strength, 84 Defense, 87 HP, 73 Range, 70 Prayer, 75 Magic. 5 99 skills in Woodcutting, Fishing, Firemaking, Fletching, and Cooking. All the essential money making.
Can I provide pictures? Yes, I've already posted pictures (See link below) and will take more if you ask.
What quests have you done? I have 140 QP on this account. Mainly all the hard and complicated quests or quests that are needed for new items or areas (Elf quests, Desert Treasure, Monkey Madness etc.) Have all been completed.
Elf quests proof? I can provide pictures of completed quests, also you can see in QP picture I took (In the link below) that there are elf quests completed.
Does the account have curses? The account has nothing more than a few mutes, the latest one is over 4 years old. At the moment it is currently in green and has no warnings.
Is the magic skills unlocked? I'm not sure what you are referring to but the account has 75 Magic and Desert Treasures completed so you should be good on Magic.
