I have been resisting the urge to gym. This has been an ongoing occurrence for many months. I know this site doesn't breed or promote healthy living.. but if there is any1 here that would like to share some gym motivation ideas. I would love to hear it.

Write down you goals and display them some where you can see them, also break them down into small increments and do them every single day. Start of: 1 sit up - 1 set of 6 push ups. Increase by + 1 or an extra rep each day. Just try - so many people do not try and they wonder why there life is shit. - eat healthy - drink water - listen to good music (try some new music) - mediate!
i dont exactly goto the gym but i do alot of fitness things likes running, cycling and lifting weights. i do this just to stay fit, the reason i keep going is because i see people streaming who are very UNHEALTHY and i don't want to end up like them.
The way I get motivated is by watching fitness videos and seeing buff men who I aspire to be like. I'd suggest watching a lot of fitness videos, reading a lot about fitness, and just thinking about it. Good Luck.
