Questions about Auto-clicking

First off all, If this is not the correct place for a thread like this - then my apologizes.

So, as you see from the title, I have some questions regarding auto-clicking (software-wise). My friends did this from 55-99 everyday for a while, and they never got banned/warned by doing this.

I have a very decent account which I have been working very hard on, it has a five year veteran cape etc.

I really want to autoclick to at least 80 magic whilst making some profit on the way.

What could happen if I get caught? Will i get 1,2,3 or even permanent ban? I've never been banned or got warnings before, so this will pop my virginity. :love:

What are your thoughts about this? Also I think random events are gone, since I haven't got them since I played last time (1 year ago).

I wouldn't risk an account like that with autoclicking. The chance of you getting banned is pretty high now and you can get perm banned for the first offence. Wouldnt risk it, your friend probably did it a while back

 

Thank you for the fast reply! Yes it was awhile ago they did it.. And I probably shouldn't be doing it on my main.

Just a quick question here: Are there any risks involved with buying accounts? I am very interested in doing that from this particular website, but I'm worried about being scammed/banned.

 

Only ever buy an account from a very trusted member. Most accounts bought from random people get recovered so its a waste of money

Autoclicking is very easy to detect, and with the upgrade in their macro banning systems there's a strong possibility you'll get the ban hammer.

 

Auto alching with a basic clicker, despite being very simple and therefore you'd think it would lead to being more detectable, are extremely unlikely to ever get you banned if you follow basic guidelines to not get attention drawn to your account (ex. time of day, run time, location, randomness). If you just want 80 magic and have the money to do it, go for it. Bonus points if you have an extra computer to do it on which, in your case, would free you up to be able to make money on an alternative account (a lot more popular these days), or just go do whatever you want.

 

Mate, an auto clicker nowadays is a free ticket to get yourself banned. I have no idea what game you're playing here, but it sure doesn't sound like RuneScape.

 

If you do it in public eye for hours on end, with flaws, not being monitored at all, on a botting client, you will likely be banned within a few days. However, if you use a very simple clicker for a few hours a day and go to somewhere like behind the duel arena in a random world, you can get away with it very easily, just like I have on several accounts 55-94 magic with no bans. >_<

This isn't 2007 anymore mate. JaGeX aren't that stupid. I mean, if a client can be detected, and reflection bots are still being hammered in less than 24 hours, I'm pretty sure a obvious auto clicker will be smashed... You're a complete idiot if you even attempt using a basic autoclicker on your account.

There are more than a handful of ways JaGeX detects botting nowadays, whether people like to believe or not, JaGeX now do know how to catch botters.

Until RiD decides to pull his finger out his ass, I don't think anyones successfully botting consistently anytime soon.
