Banned for a name owned by a scammer!

Hi, I'm posting in regards to the recent ban given to "Account_man" (myself).

I understand that the ban was given because I now own the name "Ditch" which has previously been owned by someone on Sythe that has been banned.

I received this name from the previous owner (I'm not sure if this was the banned user or someone else it may have been sold on to) from an IRC channel.

I don't really know what else to post here apart from that I am being banned for owning a name that was once owned by a user that was banned. I don't know what I have to do or say to prove my innocence. My skype address is: am.sythe

Also after looking at the report thread the previous user had a list of around 10 names that were being sold, none of which I own or am attempting to sell. I understand the reasoning behind the ban but it seems a little unorthodox to ban someone for a name that was being sold months ago (and evidently has been bought/sold) - especially due to the amount that RSN's get passed around.

Can you show some proof that you purchased the name and that you aren't said original banned user?
