    That's pretty much me, I know a buncha guys who are powerlifting but they also have a great physique unlike most powerlifters, they have a very bloated gut. :sick:

    Why not train for both? Utilize repetition ranges of 1-5 and repetition ranges of 6-15+? Hypertrophy and strength are stimulated together, you can't have one without the other, so you may as well optimize your training to get the best of both worlds, optimally. Strength is hypertophy, myofibrillar hypertrophy. 'Size' being sarcoplasmic hypertrophy.

    So called 'natural' bodybuilding is a joke competitively. Technically AAS are natural, they all come natural resource one way or another whether it's from animals or humans. The correct term to use, is drug free or enhanced/drug user.

    Probably the biggest I'd ever want to be. Obviously an enhanced athlete (on steroids). Anyway, to answer your question, I would choose bodybuilding anyday.

    That guys a douchebag, one of the Harrison twins. And yeah he's a gear user. His physique is attainable natural, but it's usually something someone acquires after 10 years training. Difference is, he has after like 3 years. He looks smaller in real life.

    Yeah I know he's one of the harrison twins. Don't really care about his personality, just want to achieve his physique. Anyway, have you seen this guy in real life?

    Yeah they've done a coupla video shoots for myprotein in Wilmslow, they're both dumb a shit. Great physiques though, don't look anywhere as big in real life, but look good. I guess lighting and having good genetics help (genetics in terms of muscle insertions and bone lengths).

    I kind of mix it up between the both, with the big three ( Deadlift, bench, squat) i tend to use 5x5 approach, and for everything else i go with the hypertrophy rep range 8-12 in my case.

    I only do DL for 3x5 since it's already taxing your CNS enough.

    body builder its all about look good. if you train hard look good you will be strong just not as strong as a strongman with a big power tank (belly)
