    brand new laptop. issues>.>

    90 day warrenty,no phsytical damage. The laptop freezes and the screen gets all corrupted...

    Dling microsoft updates now.

    Earlier I updated flash no issues for twos days. coincidence maybe? I used the same data/ram.


    Should I take it in or wait a few days? $869

    Take it to your local repair shop, a lot of these places offer a free initial diagnosis so you can find out whats wrong with it and repair it yourself at home for a much cheaper price

    Updated windows it doesn't happen anymore? Wtf.

    also, maybe scan for antivirus software. just use malwarebytes, its free and there is no harm. Something could be rebooting laptop etc, just a thought. Also, if you feel like you have got a virus just boot in safemode and download and run malwarebytes. Apart from that, if you are still experiences problems return it

    That's what windows updates are for.. Fixing bugs such as what you had. Always fully update a new computer as soon as you get it.

    You should always reformat your PC after purchasing - install a fresh copy of Windows and see how everything runs.
