I'd prefer to pay 60-70% if possible, but I can possibly do a bit higher. Paying with paypal and it would come from my bank, unless you are patient enough to pretrade/sell so I can transfer the money to my balance.. unless there is something else payment wise I can sign up for and use instantly. I have paid sellers for neopet items on another site the same way (paypal gift/business) and payment cleared instantly from my bank. I can slightly verify I'm a safe buyer through my ebay account if necessary, since I'm new. I don't have a crazy amount of reviews there, but I do have 100% positive feedback. Thank you! I have bought Neopet things (though much smaller sums) on another site and we sometimes use middlemen too. Hopefully I don't need to reverse the charges. Lol... The first guy was very suspicious and luckily it was obvious.
