What's the hold up? Other people have been banned for the same thing since this report originated and i can't help but be concerned that no action is being taken because of the person involved.

Just to clarify: the issue is there is currently an ongoing deliberation on what we should do with account lock/recovery cases as there seems to be a few different ways that these are being handled. We ultimately wanted to come to an agreement and act upon these cases afterwards but unfortunately it's still being debated.

 

Been several months I've been waiting on a decision to be made regarding the account recovery. Im sure most mods already know what's going on but in case they don't:

That's got all relevant links, information and previous reports in there. I've tried to be patient and not bother staff too much regarding this but I'm tired of waiting.

That also has relevant links to similar cases which were solved right there. I don't know why I'm being made to wait.

I can show proof that the 200m gold was bought on to the account via a screenshot from playerauctions sales page. But I'm quite ill and doing this off my phone for the moment.

The thing that annoys me most is that one of her accounts is still up allowing her to continue business and not concern herself with this. The account DivicaChloe was mentioned and banned before when the case was almost resolved but then everything was overruled. The least that can be done is to ban all accounts so that I'm not the only one waiting in the dark here.
