Best way to level combat skills? Which order

So im following this guide, currently 29atk/13str/23def

But what should i level first i havent seen a guide saying, hope i make sense should i level attack to 30, then level str to 30 then def 30 then move to the next place, or leave my def, and level attack till whenever i want then move on to something else

Wondering if it would matter when i move to the next place
Attack > Strength > Defense is the best way or?

 

Do the waterfall quest that will give you 15k str and attk exp
Get 40 attk 40 defence then 55 str~ that'll boost you to decent hp level as well
get them through training at chaos druids use looting bag and look high value herbs make enough money for gear | supplies and such get 43 prayer do MM and Pre quests for MM you'll be 46~ ish attack
then get 60 attk 50 def and start slayer

 

Do a bunch of the quests that give combat exp first.

Waterfall Quest
Mountain Daughter
Tree Gnome Village
Grand Tree
Vampire Slayer
Dragon Slayer
Few more...

After that I'd just train all combat through slayer

 

That's also good advise, i'd recommend you get all the stats | skills that requires to complete these quests and then get them out the way

 

70 attack then train on shared

 

Get lower defence like 20 so you can train more without eating and wear decent armour. Then go strength first just to like 40 and get 40 attack then
