Not sure why I have received a trade with caution image, but I have not done any trades yet how could that be possible? Only attempted to do a trade for 87m 07 Gold but my paypal would not let me send a payment other than that I have not done any trading except for 75$ to ruben eason and 113$ to ruben eason for designing a website for me. I have not scammed anyone or nothing like that, I also paid 07 gp and rs3 gold for a donation and that went perfect so dont know why I have twc?

TWC isn't going to go away, no matter how many trades you conduct.

 

So I received the TWC for no reason, I cannot have the TWC removed ever even when it is not warranted. I am using Starbucks internet daily to get on sythe because it is so close to my home directly across the street. Although the connection is not that good it allows me to have some streaming time and also have some sort of way to access the internet. I am in Mexico City Mexico attending school, I will not be back in the states until early December.

This is very harsh to be because no reason was given as to why I was given a TWC in the first off.

 

I really would get someone input on my coming here and getting a twc I am on osbot and I am a lifetime sponsor and they not give me anything to downgrade me for coming. http://osbot.org/forum/user/155029-easygoldstop/ I talked with a friend from this forum that I made the other day and he tell me to just post my situation here because the higher people will look at it and help me out. Excuse my English I exchange student from Leipzig I was going to start selling gold here and I was going start buying the other day but my paypal would not let me send my money to the person because I did not report my address change to paypal so it locked me from sending anything to person. Now everything is fixed and I am going to start my stuff here. If anyone high can help me it would help.

 

Friend told me to add what paypal told me they told me they verified all my stuff for me and to next time just to call them and tell them about me leaving the country again which will be in December I will be going to stay with a family in Maine a State in the North East United they just tell me to call them two weeks in ahead before I leave that is all they tell me.
