Need Help Please - Accused of fake vouching

So I've created a thread, people keep accusing me of fake vouching. I didn't know what it was until I looked it up. Thing is I haven't fake vouched. I must of messed something up linking my vouches. can someone help me.....

Don't worry your fine, they misunderstood the vouches you wrote in your phat thread as not being yours but of the other users. A simple read on your vouches page shows they are yours. Your fine.

Click on the vouches on hes phat thread and you will come to boglas vouch thread etc..

 

The vouches themselves are from the OP's vouch thread, but the link in one of them goes to the wrong place. The rest are invalid, etc.

 

I have no idea how to fix the correctly, I'm not very experienced with forums at all. Will someone help me fix them correctly.
