Future rare items.

Hey, does someone knows what items may become rare in future. I bought couple on these fish masks, but i doubt that they will become rare. Please share your thought.

 

Fish masks were years ago and everyone basically forgot about em.

No, there wont be. Nothing is desirable in that game any more. Even people with partyhats aren't even impressive any more; nobody cares, really.

 

This. Every where you go there are people with their 'outfits' with partyhats. It really doesn't matter even if another item goes from X - 2,147M, it will just be bought out and no one will think anything of it.

Best not too even worry about rares imo with Runescape's current economy state.

 

I am most impressed by players whom actually are friendly and cooperative. If you wanna' have something rare, mould into that personality.

 

Yeah, there won't be anything rare anymore. Unless selling an account with a Golden Scythe, or some other untradable item. Won't get too much value as it is untradable of course. Those items became rare as Runescape still was just a baby with not a huge playbase and most people got rid of those items rather than kept them. More players joined and database grew with the demand going higher for those items. Now, everyone has an idea on virtual rares and their value and their are too many players. It just isn't entirely possible anymore. Only if they supplied something very limited like one drop party of 10 of this item and it would have to be something everyone would want to have and tradable.
Rare items and Runescape has lost that magical, respectable touch for good, at least to me.
