In the chatlogs he uploaded of himself, it shows him admitting to dropping the person's items from his account, spamming his password/giving it out to randoms, and threatening to report the account to jagex.

It took place after the alleged scam, however at the very least he admitted to dropping items that belonged to another user as well as some other questionable activities.

Even though it's chatlogs, he's the one uploading them and I doubt he'd edit chatlogs against himself.
