Veng N Death requesting a pardon for Scamming and/or Ban Evasion V2

My confession was made on September 2nd 2012.
My first High Pardon was made on June 17th 2014
This will be my second High Pardon.

Report/post/reason that got you banned: I was banned after multiple counts of scamming and/or ban evading.

I tried to get in contact with said members a while ago to no avail. Have tried to contact them again(have resent the emails)

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Something got me started on sythe in 2011, in the end i scammed and my greed for money had continued to grow. I kept thing going on activey until i decided to give myself up
I later on ban evaded but more along the lines of doing things such as talking in the LOL section. I later made a high pardon in an attempt to get unbanned which was unsucessful.

Im very sorry for everything, I would like to be unbanned so i could become active in the LOL section as i have more or less quit runescape. I havent ban evaded since the last high pardon made over 6 months ago.

That is everything that i can think of. If anyone has any contact of someone i scammed that is confirmed please let me know with a post in the comments here. I wasn't able to find anything further than what i found last time.
