Gyzo is attempting to constantly use bits and pieces of out of context messages in an attempt to get me banned.



I am filing this report against him because what I didnt realized before was that the proof gyzo filed against me was also out of context the last time he reported me here:

Gyzo is attempting to take a very TINY TINY bit of a conversation I had with Wolfrs back in the day and turn into a blackhat report.


I request that gyzo is forced to show the entire days conversations I had with wolfrs because you can clearly see afterwards I say "Ok thank you I was just wondering" or something along those lines.


Im also filing this report because Gyzo is attempting to commit fraud against myself by using proof MONTHS OLD.


That screenshot is back from my facebook skype PRE ME WORKING FOR LALAPO,meaning its OVER 4 MONTHS OLD.

He's attempting to frame me for blackhat when infact I have no blackhat intrest of any kind.

He has been using bits and pieces of screenshots and attempting to file reports against myself without showing light to the full story.


Not only that, but if you force Gyzo to turn over his last black-hatting proof, it might throw a new light on that entire situation, let alone this report.


So what exactly am I reporting him for:

Flaming, Harassment, Trolling:
Using excessive profanity, insults, or derogatory comments towards another user
Partaking in behaviour intended to disturb or upset another user
Deceiving members or staff for fun, humor, or to cause drama
Posting purposely to anger or to elicit a negative response from others for fun, humor, or to cause drama

Accusing Someone of Scamming Without Proof:Chat logs do not count as proof


Ignoring Staff Decisions: Ignoring staff orders, recreating locked or deleted threads or posts, evading censors, etc, will normally result in an infraction although any punishment is permitted on a case by case basis.

"Blackhat"/Malicious Activities: Using software tools for deceptive, malicious, or harmful intent (Hacking/DDoSing/Social Engineering). Punishment for these offences will be dealt with on case-by-case basis, but will most likely result in a permanent ban.
NB: 'Counter-scamming' (i.e. attempting to recover your property from a scammer) is not against the rules, but attempting to scam someone who previously scammed you is. There is a big difference between the two. You should be aware that if you attempt to recover your property from a scammer, that scammer may attempt to report you on sythe.org. If you have insufficient evidence to back your claims that you were indeed recovering your stolen property the staff may be forced to ban you.


He has harrassed me non-stop in an attempt to get me banned with cropped un-conclusive proof, he has accused me of blackhat now with cropped un-conclusive proof,He is blatently ignoring your ruling in the last blackhat case and is now bringing it up again to further his own case.

I also believe that gyzo is specfically hunting me and doing activity's to trace my old logs/skypes down, that skype has not been TOUCHED FOR 4 MONTHS. WHERE is he finding all this cropped shit at?

INCORRECT, This case has nothing what-so-ever to do with my own and he's using it to further his own joke of a case, its a far cry between me putting up a skype status about ddosing and me asking a trusted user of the community about whether its illega or not.



Gyzo:
Scribblen was banned just because of his Skype Status and in one of the scam reports that Scribblen posted, he posted the person's IP that scammed them. He was then banned, and has not pardoned since. In my first scam report against Bus369 I proved to Blade Bro that bus messaged me my IP and geolocated it to my City, State, Country, ISP, etc...

Is a public tool the first result when u google "Ip tracker", any user can use this at any point, it is nothing I am subscribed to or pay for or do anything illegal with, It's also a far cry between sending someone their own IP which u can google to get and sending it to someone else.

INCORRECT AGAIN!, This gyazo is over 4 MONTHS OLD, provided 1 picture of, I request we all get to see what was really said that day, if wolfrs has one picture surely he can show the rest of us what was said before/afterwards, I can assure all staff that What was said before/afterwards was something along the lines of "ok thanks I was just checking" or "alright I just wanted to make sure I didnt break any rules" etc.

INCORRECT, Gyzo is blatently ignoring your last ruling in which this was found INVALID, meaning it is THROWN OUT AND UNUSABLE, I think all staff came to the conclusion I dont have a bloody botnet.

So let's see what we have here: Bus369 claiming that he has a BotNet, he showed me my IP and other things relating to where I live, and asking if it's okay to hit off a "scammer".

My response:
The picture of me saying I have a botnet was thrown out last case, I showed him his Ip because any bloody twit can google "skypes resolver" or "ip tracer" WHICH BOTH OF WHICH U CAN CONFIRM ARE WHAT I USED, GOOGLE IT AND COMPARE, and LETS SEE MORE THEN 1 PICTURE OF THE CONVERSATION BETWEEN ME AND WOLF EH?

Scribblen was permanantly banned because of his Skype Status and messaging someone their IP after he was scammed. That is the exact same thing AND MORE of what Bus369 has provided. If Bus369 is not banned by this amount of evidence, then that is inconsiderably bias on any terms.

Once again his case is no-where near what mine was, this is not more, its not the same thing, its not even in the same ballpark, GYZO IS FORGING EVIDENCE,HIDING THE FULL STORY AND SHOULD BE BANNED FOR ATTEMPTING TO HIDE/FORGE Evidence.


REQUEST THE REST OF THE CONVERSATION WITH WOLFRS, IF GYZO CAN DIG UP 1 BLOODY PICTURE THAT MAGICALLY SHOWS ME TALKING ABOUT ASKING A TRUSTED SYTHE USER IF ITS ILLEGAL OR NOT, SURELY HE CAN SHOW THE REST.


ALSO, AT THIS TIME IN MY CAREER YOU MUST REMEBER I HAD TO ASK USERS QUESTIONS LIKE THAT, ITS LIKE 4+ MONTHS OLD, I WAS A NEW TRADER THAT KNEW NOTHING THEN(WE ARE TALKING WHERE IM STILL TRYING TO LEARN THE RULES ETC, THIS PICTURE IS BACK WHEN I LITERALLY FIRST STARTED ACTIVE TRADING ON SYTHE!), BACK THEN WOLFRS WAS THE SHIT, THE DUDE WAS MMING MY DICE POTS, HELPING ME LEARN TO MARKET AND ALL THAT, WHICH I BET THE REST OF THE CONVERSATION CAN SHOW THAT THERE WAS ZERO INTENT TO DO ANYTHING BLACK/ILLEGAL, ALL I DID WAS GOOGLE A SKYPE RESOLVER/IP TRACKER LIKE EVERYONE ELSE WHO JUST GOT SCAMMED!

PLEASE REMB AT THIS POINT GYZO HAD LITERALLY JUST SCAMMED ME THAT 07 AND WAS BANNED FOR IT, BACK THEN 21.5M 07 WAS A FORTUNE, I WANTED TO KNOW IF IT WAS ILLEGAL OR NOT, THERES A VAST DIFF BETWEEN THAT AND ACTUALLY HAVING INTENT TO DO SO.


I am not being banned for an out of context picture AGAIN for a month, please dont ban me if you dont feel like my graves already been dug for me, I dont want to go through that hell on Earth again...
