Not actually a scam report - Bogla man toilet

This has come to my attention on multiple occasions.
Customers keep telling me and providing me with proof that they received a pm from Bogla trying to convince them to go to his website because the customer "overpaid" (this is both shady & defamatory) on our website. One example is -> http://prntscr.com/6hmg94 . So this -> http://prntscr.com/6hmaru is the private message he keeps sending out (not only to my customers but to every bigger seller's customers in the market especially on pbot as well). I really have no problem with him sending out pm's and mentioning his good sides and all that, that is just standard competition struggle i guess. But when you start to bash and break down other people's services, that's just low, sneaky and shows a complete lack of respect for his own service let alone his competition. And lets not keep out that he lied about the fact he ever sent out pm's in the first place + told me he would stop doing it to my customers in total as seen here -> http://prntscr.com/6hmn11 .

The fact that he lies about the whole ordeal makes it so much worse. In my eyes, you either stop it in total or man up and admit to it instead of lying about it.

As the title says, this is not meant as a scam report because we all know that Bogla is a legit guy, however i would like to know if these actions are breaking any kinds of rules. If it's not breaking any kinds of rules that means i can open up my dirty trick book as well then seeing as how he doesn't go for the "asking nicely to stop" approach.
