    Hiring Someone to build a Website.
    My main concern is price.


    Im trying to pay between $250-$600(btc/07) for a site.

    What the site needs:
    -Working Livechat
    -Easy to Use
    -Good graphics
    -Good basic coding, nothing fancy nothing that could go wrong.


    I just want a basic-semi above basic site that works and does what its suppose to do, I also need someone to explain how things work etc(I have exp with zopim/woocommerce already though).

    Cant you just use a templated website with paid hosting and just edit it from there?

    ( Could save you alot of $ )
