Dscimpur3 Threatening to DDoS + Not To Be Trusted

First off he isn't trusted like he claimed in that post, second off if the claims were entirely false then he wouldn't be acting like this towards the person.

I then asked him why he posted the user's IP in the chat:

He claimed it was a fake IP, however looking at the victim's IP audit this seems to be incorrect, it seems to be his legitimate IP.

Then I questioned him as to what his reasoning was for posting the IP if he wasn't going to do anything with it:

And his only reply was "haters" followed by me reiterating the question which he has ignored on a thread he created himself nonetheless. He is obviously ignoring this because he has no good answer to the question at hand.

It is obvious that he posted the IP address with intent for it to be a threat towards the user Chas3. I wouldn't doubt that he actually DDoSed Chas3 as well. As shown above he himself was laughing about posting on Chas3's threads calling him a scammer for "starting problems with him" because he's "trusted". You don't just post someone's IP in a skype chat with them for no reason without there being some sort of malicious intent or threat behind it. What he did was clearly the intent of threatening to DDoS the person without blatantly saying "i'm going to DDoS you." He has now continued on harassing this member of the community for reporting him because there wasn't enough evidence to get him banned.

Second off, his post included a shot at newcomers when he himself has been here hardly over a month. It is obvious he has been here before and is vading or he wouldn't be so comfortable taking a shot at a user group which he is part of.

Third off, his skype was "hacked" less than two weeks after his registration.

At this point he was just a random with like 7 vouches for questing. The likelihood that his skype would be hacked is next to zero.

The user should be banned for threatening to DDoS Chas3 as it's obvious that is what he did. On top of this the user is seemingly a ban evader and exhibits sketchy behavior and claims himself to be trusted when he isn't. He is obviously sketchy and guilty of threatening to DDoS and should be banned.
