    I think this account should be worth 150-200m, but considering you're not trusted at all, you're going to have a hard time selling it. That's why I recommend you either gain some easy vouches (do some skilling, sell some gold, get community involved, etc) or sell it through PA. If you don't do this you'll have a hard time selling the account for a reasonable price.
