Need help resizing

Can someone Resize my Gif to the proper accepted size on this website so i don't get infracted.

thanks! If someone knows the size numbers i was told that its too big but i wasn't told how short is should be. Kinda confused.

 

The maximum size is 650x350 pixels including all text/quotes/images.
