You seem to be rather naive about the importance of design and image in any type of product.

People are willing to download an application, click a link or an ad only because it attracts the eye.

The most successful (or even simply successful) video games, movie, applications and products invest over 75% of their money on promotion, advertisement and image. A plain blue text saying download my application isn't going to cut it.

In any case, best of luck to you.

As others have mentioned, you do not nearly understand at all the importance of an appealing product. It is crucial to the success of any product.

As for promoting, invest some money. I understand you are a full time student but if you have time to program, i'm sure you can find some time to earn some money from some form of work. Use that money to invest. I'm a full time student myself and I can find some time to work to invest in my business projects. It's possible if you're willing to find a way.

Lastly, be open-minded or you'll go nowhere. You have a good idea, work on it and build it up. Good luck.

Please read the entire thread before making useless comments. I haven't had time to work on this game for a long time and by no means have time for a job. Maybe you don't go to a tough school or have commitments outside of class but there is no way for me to make easy money like you suggest.

Additionally, it's completely incorrect to say that I don't understand the importance of a good product. Why do you think I asked for specific suggestions to improve the game?

Why do you think I'm not open-minded? I asked everyone who reads this thread (and my other threads that are now closed) what specific part needs to be changed. I asked for as many suggestions as possible. Is that not considered open-minded?

I'm in a tough school and am generally busy but I can find 6 hours every weekend to work. It's all about time management really. If you really cannot work, you can work for your parents for money (for an hour or two), no? at the very least, you can save money from nights out and invest.

You've been suggested plenty times to look into improving your UI but you didn't seem to see any problem in it (you're getting your friend to do something now though).

You aren't accepting constructive criticism and not listening to what WILL help you. You don't take it lightly as if it's an attack. I've read through the whole thread, it is only when some people "tailored to your tantrum" that you seem to "consider" it.

I'm done here, I've said what I wanted to say. Good luck.

Your comments are a joke. You have 6 hours a weekend? Really? Are you involved in literally zero extra curricular activities?

And I've heard over and over that the UI needs work... but never specifics until SmokeHut and KMJT gave me concrete examples. When people gave me serious responses with actual things that need work and not vague generalizations I have addressed their points and are working to fix it.

And I find it cute that you think that everyone can just work for their parents for a few hours to make money.

You have time for extra-culicular activites but no time to make any money? There's a solution to this son, it's called priorities.

As for your extra hard school, unless you are studying fields like architecture or bionuclear medicine or someshit I dont see how you'd be so busy you can't work on your UI yet you can make an application.

    Anyway, this is getting off-topic.

You ask people about ultra specifics details on how to improve:

1- Dont use paint for your UI
2- Internet and other applications are there for you. Do you expect people to do the work for you too, for free? However cool and nice your application is, if you aren't willing to put effort into finding out yourself how to make your menu look like something else than colored squared and blocks and your applicaton icon like a 2 year-old's drawing, well your application is shit.

    Have a nice day

I'm not usually an advocate for this sort of comment.. But I did laugh pretty hard reading it.

Also, I prefer the term sacrifices opposed to priorities.

"To be able, at any moment. Sacrifice what you are, for what you will become."

You're clearly not an engineer haha. I built my application over a vacation, not while at school.

You clearly didn't read any of the comments. Saying the UI needs work is not specific. Saying that the background music is dull or the theme doesn't match is.

Also, your lack of computer programming is laughable. No I did not use paint (an application that is not on the mac) but used an application called Xcode (which is an obvious fact).

You think it's shit, well there are thousands of people who disagree. I laugh at your blatant misunderstanding of crowdsourcing.
