Training in PvP worlds using Multilogging?

I was wondering if it were possible to take both of my accounts (they're around the same level) to the Duel Arena in any PvP world and let one of them attack the other. The reason for doing this at the Duel Arena would be that I can heal myself whenever I'm at low HP by the NPCs that are there. I don't have Prayer nor defence so it'd be either this or Rock Crabs to 80 Strength (it's 70 right now.) Do you think this would be possible?

 

Yea, I have a personal bot similar to this idea, it makes a f2p account 30/30/30 within 2 days with heavy breaks. Had little bans, and t runs effeciently.

Hmm, I tried healing my character but the every NPC says they're off duty :/. Maybe this got patched recently?

 

That's using just 2 characters boxxing, and since it's f2p, it's heavily watched, and I receive a ban maybe once a week.

 

I don't remember which pure forum I saw this guide on, but after completing one of the desert quests you gain access to an altar that replenishes your health instead of prayer. So, the guy set up his accounts right next to the altar in a pvp world and used the altar whenever he was low on hp. I'll post a link later if I can find it.

good luck on your method mate, id suggest training on mini games or afk at spiders.

 

Sounds kind of inefficient.. find an npc to train on
