edit; OP may have downsyndrome. Agreed to a price then 30 mins later says he's only going to pay 300k. Then told me to get off he doesn't want it anymore, pretty much just claiming free xp.
Don't waste your time with this retard.

 

Refused to complete the order I made for the 400k I agreed to pay. After the 10 minutes he was on the account tried to hold it ransom once I told him to get off because he clearly wasn't fit to do it. Agreed to pay him for the 1/40 of the order 10k worth of work he completed, but he refused and deleted me.
