[DRENTO]Lured Yah ban dispute

I am actually not sure if I have been banned for being associated with FuZy, or because of the guy that claims to be scammed.


Additional details/story:

FuZy has been caping for me for over three-five years, as it says in my TOS I take full responsibility for my workers.
If there would be any evidence that he actually scammed anyone I will refund that person without any hesitation.

In total I'd say he's done around a hunderd capes over the years for me and I would vouch him anytime.

I agree with FuZy's ban for DDoSing, but I know he would never scam anyone nor use it on any of his customers.

My Terms of Service say anyone we cape for needs to change his password after we complete the cape. He says he logged on, saw the cape and went back to sleep.
There is no way to check if this is really what happened.
Maybe he went pking and died, maybe someone else who had his password logged on knewing they could now get away with scamming him.
Zuzel took me some pictures of his skype conversation with Glare, on the third screenshot Glare tells Marcin he logged on, and went to sleep.

Right now it feels like I've been banned for hiring a DDoSer while FuZy has always been a good employee.

I would like the mods to review both cases seperately and look at the evidence of the scam report again.

I'm not sure there is evidence of the items lost being due to FuZy either. Tagged Drento for input.

 

Yeah, I'm going to take this one back. I think I jumped the gun on adding it to his ban reason.

In terms of your DDOS ban, until you can get all your details separated from his we'll leave it as is. You're responsible for your Skype.
