Buying starter main/pure looking to spend $10-15 PP

I recently just started playing OSRS again and I DO NOT feel like grinding from a low level and I'm too paranoid to bot so I am looking to buy a decent starter pure/main. I am using paypal and I know this is my first post but I used to have a sythe account about 5 years ago but I forgot the user and pass (if that matters lol). So I will go first or use a MM whatever you want (as long as you are decently trusted). Okay so any offers?
