    I'm looking for a decent OSRS account;
    Main, pure, staker, range tank, zerker.

    I'm willing to pay up to 100 USD with: moneybookers, paypal
    Not going first because I got scammed last time.

    Sorry but you will never find someone who will go first when selling an account to a non trusted user. If you get scammed and want to buy an account why not pay for a trusted middleman? It will make your purchase a lot easier.
