First, for proof these two are the same person;
Both made buying/selling Ikov GP threads, where they would be making a loss, with exact same rates (selling for lower than they're buying for).
Both came to sythe with premade skypes composed of their username and sythe (sythe.ikov.bridge vs mr.ikov.sythe)
Ikov Bridge also went inactive and Mr Ikov showed up a few days later. It is obviously the same person.

Pretty sure it's just a stolen pic he uses on all his vaders.

Even if Mr Ikov/Ikov Bridge aren't the other profiles, they are obviously intending to scam and obviously have a familiarity with sythe showing they've been here before and are vaders, and should be banned as a result.

As for Mandanman, he is also vading Ikovgpsalez, skype Roebuck_Hd is a match:
