Report against Tbo - Scamming

Explanation of the trade: Basically i was allowed to use account till i get the money and buy it (which was the original plan) So i put 20m 07 on their, slowly i got drops (guthans spear) Plus i add about another 10m (40m 07) Basically last night i finished a barrows run, (talking to my friend jack) and i went to bed, i wake up 7 hours later, to see my phone, i get all this messeges, wtf dropped my untradable, (Note that he doesn't say taking all the gold as well) I'm not goign to lie, i had some fears of the account password changed, so i linked my facebook on the account (Whcih was stupid now as i think about it now)

He chooses to tell the truth, and actually give back my 40m 07, I believe their is high chance he may also be "Hacked" Which by sythe rules it's still a refund, is it not? a ban is needed, He may accuses me of my blackhat sin, owning a "DDoSing Program" but i'm not even going to try, this is stuipidity, it's game money which i used real money to buy

How they scammed: Changed away, and accused i dropped his fire cape
Skype profile ID & conversation: Could you add me on skype, their is alot of screenshots (10 days in total), i can also get Lx Raptor, me and him were doing barrows runs and shows that i have fury whip and stuff like that (9.3m cash stack, i have no proof of that, but the guthans spear drop)
