    Several Questions Regarding CS:GO

    -Where do you download/play cs:go

    -What does cs:go cost

-Do skins/knives/cases vanish or degrade etc after use?

    -Good ways to obtain skins/knives?

-What is this "cs:go betting" I keep hearing about?

    -What are "groups" in cs:go

-If you die in cs:go do you lose ur skins/knives?

-How do you get skins/knives? Killing other people, gameplay time, What?

-How do you get to your "inventory" in cs:go if I bought a skin from someone.

-A skin is essentially a camo in COD right? Why do people call a gun a "skin"?

    -Are there skins for knives?

-What is a case used for?

    Several Questions Regarding CS:GO

    - Where do you download/play cs:go
    Steam.

    - What does cs:go cost
You can buy it for ~$20 or so on Steam or for ~$10 on g2a.com or g2play.com.

    - Do skins/knives/cases vanish or degrade etc after use?
    No and no.

    - Good ways to obtain skins/knives?
Opening cases are a waste of money to be honest (the price of a key is about $1.80 here on Sythe). Gambling on pro matches seems to work fine for me. You can also buy the skins/knives from other people.

    - What is this "cs:go betting" I keep hearing about?
There are several proteams and these teams play against each other in tournaments. You can bet your CS:GO skins on those matches.

    - What are "groups" in cs:go
No idea, never heard of it. Maybe a team?

    - If you die in cs:go do you lose ur skins/knives?
    Nop, nop.

    - How do you get skins/knives? Killing other people, gameplay time, What?
There's a possibility to get a case drop or a cheap skin drop after every match (or you can buy those cases from the Steam market). You can open those cases with keys (you can buy them on Sythe for ~$1.80 each). You usually get useless skins from these cases, but there's of course a chance to unbox a rare knife/skin.

    - How do you get to your "inventory" in cs:go if I bought a skin from someone.
It goes to your Steam inventory.

    - A skin is essentially a camo in COD right? Why do people call a gun a "skin"?
Yes, it's basically the same. It gives you no advantage whatsoever.

    - Are there skins for knives?
Yep, they are usually more expensive than gun skins though.

    - What is a case used for?
It can be opened to unbox a skin.

    Several Questions Regarding CS:GO

Avenue was spot on about most, I'll add my input where I feel like something else or more could've been said.

    - What does cs:go cost
I'm pretty sure it was around $15 if you're from US. It varies per region though. Games are region locked. Sales can bring down its price normally to half of that. When do games go on sale? There are 2 major sales (winter and summer) that happens around late June and late december that lasts for ~2 weeks. Other games go randomly on sale, no one knows the next ones.

    - What is this "cs:go betting" I keep hearing about?
    csgolounge.com

    - What are "groups" in cs:go
Seeing as you asked this after betting, it could be a betting group where a small number of users with a lot of experience analyzes upcoming games for you. Normally there's a monthly fee for the well known groups. They don't tell you who will win, but they can tell you which teams have good odds for example.

    - How do you get to your "inventory" in cs:go if I bought a skin from someone.
When you purchase CSGO, there will be a tab ingame for your inventory where you can equip guns, skins and knives.

    - What is a case used for?
Unboxing skins and knives. It's rarely worth it unless you're extremely lucky.
