Trying to recover my Sythe Account

Hey just trying to get back on sythe after not being on for several months. Over the months I purchased a new computer and gave my old laptop to my sister. Thing is when I tried logging on it asked for my 2FA code and I accidentally left it a notepad on my old laptop. Now it is to late to even go back and find it because my sister had already cleaned the laptop to make it hers. So I was wondering if a mod or someone with the power to help get access to my old account. I have more than enough information to claim that it is mine. I have access to the email registered, phone number used, skype, and passwords. I'm still in touch with a svu member on steam. To claim that it really is me. I made this account only to post on the forums. Thanks! - Darren

You get the 2f code from the authenticator app on your phone, not the long code you were asked to write down

 

Sorry for the really late reply. I have been busy at school this week so I haven't had much time to get on and do my normal computer stuff. But I forgot to mention that I have upgraded my phone. So I started completely brand new. However I still have and use the same exact phone number. Not sure if that changes anything. Reason why I was looking for the long code in the notepad was to manually enter it on my iphone. (Not exactly sure if that how it was supposed to be used for) As mention in my first post, I still have the original email and skype to verify my old account. At this point I want to request removal of the 2FA after I verify some info. I am locked out

You have to email [email protected] (preferably with your registered email) with:

• Last used IP
• Donation ID's if applicable
• SVU info if applicable

Only Sythe can remove it without SVU info.
